All Travel Journeys Apparel products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. This production window is separate from shipping transit time.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we accept return or exchange requests within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

•      The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed

•      The wrong item or size was received

•      Requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date with photo evidence
