4. Print-On-Demand Disclosure

All Travel Journeys Apparel products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. This production window is separate from shipping transit time.

5. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because all products are made to order, all sales are final except under the conditions below. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or personal preference.

Size Exchanges

We offer a one-time size exchange per order under the following conditions:

•      Exchange request submitted within 15 days of delivery

•      Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

•      Photo of the item required with your exchange request

•      Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

•      Travel Journeys Apparel will cover shipping on the replacement item

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right at no cost to you. To qualify:

•      Contact us within 15 days of delivery

•      Provide clear photo evidence of the defect or error

•      Submit your request to kyia@traveljourneysapparel.com

For defective or incorrect items, Travel Journeys Apparel will cover all return and replacement shipping costs. You may choose between a full replacement or a full refund.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Travel Journeys Apparel reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time, without prior notice.
