Because our apparel is made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns or traditional exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes, colors, or changes of mind.

15-Day Fit Courtesy Guarantee

At Travel Journeys Apparel, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in what you wear.

Because our apparel is made to order, we do not offer traditional size exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

However, if your new apparel doesn't fit quite right, contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery.

As a one-time courtesy, eligible customers may receive a 25% discount toward purchasing the same design, garment style, and color in a different size.

Your personalized discount code will be valid for 7 days, may be used once, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Standard shipping charges apply.

You do not need to return your original item.

This courtesy offer is separate from our process for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders, which we review individually.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
