Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Travel Journeys Apparel, every product is made to order just for you. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love what you receive. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Because all Travel Journeys Apparel products are made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or personal preference. All sales are final except under the conditions outlined below.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can be tricky. We are happy to offer a one-time size exchange per order under the following conditions:

•      Exchange request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery

•      Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

•      A photo of the item must be submitted with your exchange request

•      Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

•      Travel Journeys Apparel will cover shipping on the replacement item

We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before placing your order. Size charts are available on every product page.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right at no cost to you. To qualify:

•      Contact us within 15 days of delivery

•      Provide clear photo evidence of the defect or error

•      Submit your request to kyia@traveljourneysapparel.com

For defective or incorrect items, Travel Journeys Apparel will cover all return and replacement shipping costs. You may choose between a full replacement or a full refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

•      Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

•      Requests submitted after 15 days of delivery

•      Returns based on buyer's remorse or change of mind

•      Second exchange requests on previously exchanged orders
